This week, I went to Orchard Road to look for the CD at HMV outline(Heeren). It was Saturday(29/12/2007) and I had happened drop-by at the Wisma for lunch(I hadn't taken my lunch at point of time after a train ride). As I enter the shopping centre, I was trying something new from the Food Republie as it was been opened for few years.So.... I gave myself a try. It was at the 4th floor(you have to use the escalate or a lift from first floor to get there) and it was very big food count I ever saw it before as it took almost half of the floor level area. Everything was old fashion from food stalls to chairs and tables and ever some old items from the 20's to the 30's too. Hmmm... that was interesting!! X)There were some people serving from snacks, bums to ever drinks as well. Hey~ that was suprised... ^_^
When I went there, they were so many people that day as it was weekend(oh... ever the hoildays as well) during the lunch time. I tried to find the seat but...... people already took the place before me. T~T Finally after finding the seat, that was one empty seat right next to the forgien couple and was asking them if someone else had took the seat. When they said that was no one sat there so very lucky I got my seat all right. XD Then I went around to see what I want for lunch. Since there were so many stalls to sell different kinds of food like homemade noodle, Thai food, India food and Hokkie Mee.... in the end, I bought the boiled soup with rice that was topped with meat and the steam egg. I was about to have my lunch, suddendy.... the wheather started to rain like cats and dogs. Oh man!! I forgot to bring my umbrella. oo;; Well, good thing was that it rained for short time while having my lunch. Hee hee!! ^_^
After lunch, I was thinking to buy the snack as I maybe wanted to have some light snack so I bought one from the Indian man who was carring the snacks including koropor which what I wanted for. As I was leaving from the food count, the escalate that was link in front of the door to the food count was not moving at all as I guessed it was jammed. So, I had to walk down as I find it a shortcut.
What made me think about the food count was that there were so many food to try and I would go back again if I have to for my lunch at another time. Meanwhile, I had just gone to the Heeren to buy the CD before went to my father's shop to help out. Just nice..... XD

Winter dinner at Hougang Mall
On last Saturday(22/12/2007) was the Winter Day when most of Chinese families are garthing around for the dinner and having the peanut soup which including the small balls known as Tan Yan.(Sorry I not sure what is actually called.) Usually, before the end of the year for New Year's eve, I go to one of the relatives place with my family for the family dinner yearly. Till that recenly years, my mum hasn't gone to there these days as she isn't please with her sisters in-laws expect of my dad's younger sister from his family ever for almost 20 years now..... 0_0;; Only three sisters, me, my older sister and the younger sister have gone there with our dad for the winter season greeting.
But.... I wasn't willing to go there as I had got somethings to do later back home before the bedtime. So, leaving my dad alone for the visiting, the three of us, my mum, younger sister and myself went to Hougang Mall for the dinner(Sister wasn't with us as she had the X'mas party with her friends).
Well, this year Chistmas decode was very nice and the stage was very HUGE!! It was the tree house with surrounding of trees with birds and ever tree bird house and covered with white sonw on the roof. There was Satan Carlas inside of the house.I liked it this time. Hougang Mall had very creative idea to make for this year's Chistmas
We had our dinner at the Janpanese resturant on the second floor. Mine was seafood noodle with a cup of green tea. And we had good time ever after our meal. Before we had to go home, we bought some deresst from the sweet deresst store.
As we were leaving from the mall, the outside was raining like cats and dogs!! ><` Since we never brought umbrella, we went to MRT by walking under the shether and then went through tunner to the bus interchange before we took the bus back home.
At home, we had warm peanut soup with peanut balls before dad came home later. Ha ha.... quite enjoyment during the cold weather as these days it was raining season. But, sometimes you have to cover yourself with blanke if it's too cold for you. Maybe next year, I would have time to visit them for garthing dinner. CX

I-Gap's X'mas party and the Outing of X'mas tour
On last Saturday(15/12/2007), I went to the North Bright to meet there before the departure but... one problem.... I was late then. Lucky, I just got made it for the meeting point as the bus just arrived on time.
At the first point, we had to go to Nanyang JC for the X'mas party concert. There were few yellow buses at the school when we arrived. That was many elderly people from the commutiy home area. We had to let our elderly group to sit their seats at their own table group. Only after few mintures of waiting, the progamm show was started with the band musicals for playing Chistmas song. During the show, there was few proformates by students and ever had game and lucky draw. And we had dinner too, together with elderly people. Besides, we had to serve the food to elders and ever holding candles during the progamme show.At some time, some of volunteers went to JC students just to blow off light from their candle and I just end up been blown away light too!! So sad >~<; Right before end of the show, there were few Santa clause gave away some goodies bags. And then, we had to be together with our elderly group for group photo.
Later, we went out to the Orcharn Road to City Hall for the Christmas tour. By our own bus, we had been gone through the traffic jam and sudden brake as well before we reached the Orcharn Road.
This year Christmas decode seem very good compart to last year's Christmas. At least much better now. We went passed-by some of the shopping malls and even the hotels for their decode. Some very beautiful and some others very simple good. The rest was nothing much to see when we passed-by the old Orcharn Road (Summit Set). Beides that, we had also see some of the decode at Dorby Gough and the City Hall area before we returned to the North Bright Road at almost 9:00PM. We already went back home after the drop off from the bus.
I was enjoyed myself through many of elders including volunteers were really enjoyed themselves too. Hopefully next outing should be more exciting with them ever some of the elder women too! Hee hee!! XD

Big collcetion of keychines surprise!!
I wasn't too sure how I got the collcetion of those keychines of the Loney Tunes before, but I did bought one of the drink together with the snack which was cost about $5 plus from the 7-Evlevn store. Whereven you buy for $5 and the above, you will get the Loney Tunes keychine for free. I know that might be good enough to be truth as there are total of 36 keychines of them including the X'mas set.
After week later, I went back to the same place to buy two cards of 20k A-Cash. And you guess what happened? The casher gave me at least not one, two but 16 of keychines!! There were alot of them after bought the two cards of 20K A-Cash thought..... So much stiffs didn't know what to do... So I got find way to get off these collcetion was about to give away to little kids of couse. But.... Hmmmm...... now, whom I suppose to give to? Maybe little nighbours or ever to younger couises... who knows, I would be given out to someothers one of these days. At the mean time, I would keep of these pictures that I scaned them that day earily on as for memory pictures. ^_^;;
The only thing how to get many keychines as you get was when I bought for A-Cash card. Eh yeah, that card was 20,000 A-Cash as the X'mas edition. 0_0;;; OK, I know that this card was only found at the 7-Evlven outlets. But.... the only thing was the carher would gave me at least 8 keychines for $20. After I bought it from Compass Point, I got all eight of the keychines. Indeed many!

Dinner Experience at Hong Kong Kim Gary Restaurant
Last night(Thuresday, 13/12/2007), my family and I, myself went to the Hong Kong Kim Gary Restaurant at Vivo City (which was on the 2nd floor, #02-128) for family dinner.
We went to Vivo City from the Harbourfront's carpark. From the Harbourfront to Vivo City took us about 10 mintures for a walk. If you take MRT(North-East line) to Harbourfront, it usually take about 40 mintures from Sengkang. This would be quite long for a walk about 15 minture from the MRT to Vivo City. We walked from the second floor of the Harbourfront to the enterce of the Vivo City (the second floor).
When we went to this restaurant where selling Hong Kong food(Chinese food), there were many people had their dinner and number of other people queening outside of the restaurant. Quite good for the business but I wonder what the food would be taste like.
The menu had alot of those Chinese food including of snacks. Mmmmm.... that made me very hungry to EAT!! Uh..... still I was not so sure what to eat. Anyway, I picked that bake rice which was looked like a Chinese steamer to me. Hmmmm..... I wonder why.... -.-
Anyway, we had our drinks, Hong Kong's Milk Tea for two and other Almond Milk for two also. And we also had small cups of soup for four which were very cute to serve. There were cream corn soup and tomato soup. But liked the tomato soup as it had a tomato taste. The milk tea was quite nice for me but I liked the warm almond milk. Hee hee!! X) Later we had butter toast as out side dish. It was nice and very warm when served over. I had few pieces through.... >_o
Next serve, were a bowl of mushroom rice (pork) and four of bake rice (two of chicken, fish and beef). I liked the fish bake rice through but the beef meat for bake rice which my dad tried was not fully cook as it was chewing for me. A bit I think.....>A<;; The mushroom rice was very nice and the pork tasted like a little of raw..... XI
The most interesting item was the drinking glass mag which was looked like the huge bottle that you can drink by using the strew liked Ice Lemon Tea and the Ice Jelly drink. It was nice looking and also very useful too which was why people were drinking alot because of the glass mag.
I would be going back again next time to try the noodle dish. And if you want to go there and give a try is at the Vivo City on the second floor. Here's the address I just took the card from them:

Song of Joys-chorus night (Singapore Choir Association)
Last Saturday(8/12/2007) I went to the Esplanade with my parents for the choir concert as my younger sister (who is member of the International Festival Chorus) gave us three tickets before. At least, this was second time I went for the choir concert by choir group. Last year, the whole family went to the old Chruch for the Chistmas Choir by the IFC. Through my younger sister had be member of the choir group since her friend introduced to them.
We had be there(Esplanade) before 7:30PM. Well, just nice we reach there on time and had to wait for awhile before entered for the seats. When we entered the concert hall, it was very big and we were siting at the right of the conner top. VERY high..... O-O;; And it was good view to see expect that... couldn't see clearly through. =_=
During the concert, there were number of songs for night concert:
1)Festival Suite
-The Flower
-The Fountain
-The Flame
-Festive Cheers
2)Laju Laju ake Boat Song (Indonesia)*
3)Celebration of Tribal Harvest Festival (Taiwan)*
4)Kojo no Tsuki ake Moonlight over the Ruined Castle (Japan)
5)Geylang Sipaku Gelang (Singapore)
6)He comes at Chistmastide
7)Dandansoy (Philippines)**
8)Arirang (Korea)**
9)Fill the Cup#
10)I Love#
(note: *Male choir**Female choir#Combined group)
One of the song "He comes at Chistmastide" was sang by IFC with the other choir group and the performation by Raffles Junior College Chamber Ensemble. They did pretty good on that day.
What I liked the most besides "He comes at Chistmastide", were "Kojo no Tsuki", "Arirang" and "Geylang Sipaku Geylang". The "Fill the Cup" and "I Love" were nice. But one problem was that I didn't see my sister which poition she was standing because most of the IFC group members were wearing black outfit. >A<>
After end of the concert, the conducter guests were preasnted flowers by the choir members. Besides that, there was photoghrap with the guest of honour for the night concert. So three of us had to wait for sister at the main entercen awhile before picked up my elder sister for the family dinner. ^_^' Hee hee!!! What a wonderful day for night event. X)

I-Gap progamme:Free Medicate check-up
On Saturday morning (8/12/2007) I was supposed having WAT(walk and talk) programme with the elderly. But instead, I had to be there at North Bridge Road for the medicate check-up as the volunteer this time.
Before that, one of the members of the I-Gap asked me in SMS(short message send) whether I could do either in the morning shift(9:30AM~12:30PM), afternoon shift(12:30~4:00PM) or both shifts as they needed more people to do for whole day. But since I had one coming up for the evening concert so I chose the morning shift instead. On the reminder, that was said that we had to wear I-Gap T-shirt on that that day. But before I gone there the next morning, that was message and this time it was last minture said that I had be there by 8:45AM for the morning shift until 1:30PM. Oh man......-~-''
Never mind of that, when I went there, I didn't see where were they so I had to go round to look for them. Luckily, the auntie told me that they had heath check at another block so I went over there and found them indeed.
The only point was that we had to sever elderly needed and other people by 10AM. So we arranged the chairs while the people had to wait for their Q-number. The Q-number was written on the particular forms so that they could write down these forms as well as they had to wait their turn for check-up.But.... some chairs were not enough to sit for others so we had to take more chairs from upstairs the room centre.Besides that, there were some of the volunteers brought the goodies, drinks and biscuits for those who gone for check-up.
By ten, we started our duties on different position stations. I supposed to guild the visitors to their seats. Instead, I rather helped them to fill their forms as some of the volunteers were quite busy. I asked for pen before writing for one of the elderly who didn't what to write like some of the older elders. It was long queen of people and we had to sever them in fast and order manner. Although it was quite a mass but still we had to do our duties. After the short time of severing, I was quite bored so one of the members of the I-Gap asked me to go around and promate others for the free health check.Uh..... I did tried through.... -_-(...)
Besides, I went around chat some of the volunteers and also helping them to look after the stations. During the time of my shift, I had to help this elderly man who had some kind of problem with his legs as he held his churches. So each time was his turn, I had to remind volunteer that he needed to check-up as he had his number just miss. So he had first check his height and weight but couldn't do that after awhile.Next, I had to bring him over to take his blood test. After that, the nurse asked him to take the X-ray for his chest. And I had to take him to the bus where the X-ray machine was. there was few people waited their turn and the male nurse asked them for their IC for the refer. One problem...... This uncle didn't bring his IC. So I had to run down for the form. But in the end... I had to ask him for his age so that I could count backware. Well one volunteer said that I should ask him for his age before count the years. Since she counted the year then I had to tell this nurse about the age so he could type keys into the laptop. After the X-ray, I had to pass the goodies and the drinks for him and his son who was waited for him to do finish.
After long time, it was time for a break. Some had to take lunch as they had to do the whole shifts. As for me, I had the waffle with chocolates to eat. ^_^
By one o'clock, a few people had to be sever at one time. So..... not much to do. XO When I wanted to drop dead as I was quite bored after that. Well.... that was what some volunteer's would say: "Take it easy as complements." Ok, that made me sight indeed..... -A-''
After that, I had to pass the name tag to one of the members in change and went back home for lunch. And I had to take shower before off for the concert. After all, it was fine experiences I had so far. Maybe next walk should be excise for everyone before end of the programme. ^_^V
Next month I would write about the WAT programme.

AuditionSEA:"Love Destiny" Event
This time, I tried this competion called "Love Destiny" event which this is involment with those three people in main story line; GMHipHop, GMDominus and GMSummerProm and they had been friends together ever at the dance school until two boys fell in love with their friendly girl Summer. But then, there's more. This wrecker guy name GMswingard who was quite trouble maker caused both HipHop and Dominus got themself a mass. But actually, he loved with Summer very much!
So far, two episodes were moved on there was episode 3 conutinated on so I was chanced to try this event to see if I made it for this couple mode challgen. I like this mode very much through as I can partner and then dance with him ever can do more than two prefect combots.
Now, back to this topic, when I entered the game at about 8:30 PM (0800 +PMT) in chancel 9, alot of people took part this event. (Wah!! So many people playing at this chancel....) T^T
I did tried many times over and over to enter this room "Love Destiny 3" and failed each time I tried. During mass of waiting, I was typing like madness man!! O~o;;; Until I finally entered the room but only one problem........ too many people at the back stage I had no place to move so in the end GM just kicked me out after that. This is so sad case!! T~T
Anyway, since there were too many people playing online because of school hoildays. So maybe next time I should try other event game coming out somehow.
(PS: remind me if I have chance to try another AuditionSEA event or other event under Asiasoft group) ^A^
Note: For those who want to know about this online game, visit to this website:http://www.auditionsea.com/

SCO's X'mas Tropicanal concert
(Saturday, 1/12/2007)Tonight's concert was very good this time. And I'm much enjoyment as everyone else who were came to Singapore Conference Hall. As for this year X'mas concert, the members of the SCO would be performed number of the Western music, Chinese music and ever the Chistmas music and songs. Together with the choir group (Vocal Consort) and some of the guest performers (that including the master vocal indeed), they were playing these song for tonight's concert. However, not all songs were played during the concert as they might played the music earily before that or they might wanted to change the time schude for this concert (I wasn't too sure why).
Anyway, there were some of the songs that I liked really much so far were quite few pieces of music:
1)Footpath of the Snow
2)Winter
3)Chistmas songs
4)Sheeper Pete
5)Small One Child
6)Who is this Child (Greenvale)
The conducter was doing well during the concert and the choir group were good singers too. Ever the master conducter for the choir was great at point of view. But eh.... I don't know if my younger sister was quite please with this solo vocal but think again, he was good for this singing.
Well, in the end of the concert, everyone seem enjoyed themselve. Before the concert was over, they played the music with the choir group again for oncalled. ~_~;
Oh, one more thing if guys want to find more about the orchestra, visit to their website:http://www.sco.com.sg/
Note: about the Vocal Consort, I'm afread you have to find the Singapore Commutily Councel (SCC) for their website. Maybe they are linked about the commutily choir group. Thanks ><;;
